Lerdge S cooler

I upgraded my Lerdge S board to TMC2208 for better performance and a lot less noise. The stock cooling for the printer was a small 40x40x10 fan that was about 25mm from the board and only pointed in the general direction of the extruder stepper driver. I wanted to keep things cool and make sure that all of the stepper drivers had air flow.
