Lid for SKR 1.3 (Ender 3 all in one, universal rear electronics case)

Top cooling lid for TeachingTech's "Ender 3 all in one, universal rear electronics case", SKR 1.3 with TMC 2208 drivers. Using the old stock fan, the drivers can run hours after hours without getting warm. The fan can be connected to HE1 and be PWM controlled.

The Pi Lid is made for a Noctura 40x40mm fan, right above the Pi's cpu.
