Barnacle Bay combat tracker

Barnacle Bay is a fun game, and it runs pretty fast.. but if you've got a lot of items, or use the advanced initiative tracker, or are running two characters, you can sometimes slow down remembering what your attack, defense, or speed are.

I created this tracker, one for each character, that you can move the peg each time your initiative position changes and your combat or speed abilities change. Some items give you a move greater than 2 spaces, so the speed tracker on the right is for this.
