K40 Tube Mount - Remixed

Nice design by the creator!

I modified one of the brackets to give it captive nuts, I put the nut in the recess and a dab of epoxy to make sure they don't fall out,

I used M3x20 socket head screws and nuts for the adjusting screws. I also added a #3 spring to each of them to put some pressure in the clamp when making adjustments.
