Copco Replacement Cap

We have 3 of these Copco Hydra Bottles (those that screw apart half way to get ice inside) whose caps have all broken. I contacted Copco company, but they don't provide replacement caps, so I built one.

In order to create a liquid tight seal, you need to cut a 1-1/8" hole out of a juice box container and push it into the cap. Without it the cap will leak whe
