Updated Added Cut template for MKS Gen 1.4 on creality box for USB access.

Tested successfully V2.2 uploaded sits flush inside the case. Spacing needs testing for Power supply.

Remodeled to fit the MKS Gen 1.4 board with additional air holes the fan has been removed to allow for use of the stock fan from the CR-10's more modern versions a cutaway section has been placed as well to allow the use of this fan mount.
