Linear Rail BMG/V6 EZABLmini Mount

I created an EZABLmini Mount to go with babyjail's BMG/E3D v6 extruder mount. This mount replaces 2 of the spacers used between the actual carriage mount and the extruder mount. I designed it to use with my 40x40x11mm Hotend fan which gives it just enough clerance, so NOTE that if you are using a thicker fan (40x40x20mm) this will not work for you since the fan will hit the probe.
