Because I had an old Sony Vaio laptop laying around with no use I decided to recycle some parts of it. I designed this speaker housing for the two tiny speakers which have a diameter of 36mm.
With clear two componend glue I attached the spacer rings and the grills to the speakers and then these two modules into the frame. The spacers ensure that the membranes do not touch the grills.
I wanted to use this speaker on my raspberry pi, so I needed a small amplifier board (PAM8403) for the audio si
