Rope Saddle

Saddle for gunwale ropes and deck cords on my Kayak (Current Designs Double)
36.6mm (1 7/16" ) Hole pitch matches Ronstan RF134 stainless saddle

Replacement for the ones on my Current Craft double that are too thin, and failed with age.

This is made the same size as the original - bigger than I would choose

I have made these from Nylon for greater impact strength. See the photo where I have brought the head of a pick-axe handle down onto ABS and Nylon saddles.
