Switch and USB 2020 enclosure

This works to mount a fused power switch (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ME5YAPK) and a panel mount USB extension (https://www.amazon.com/Female-Printer-Extension-Connector-Adapter/dp/B075CZ52CG) to improve my K280's wiring situation. It aligns with the 2020 rails at the base of my Delta, so it should work with other printers as well.
