My youngest niece just started college at Northwestern Michigan College up in the Grand Travis area of Michigan, working towards a degree in the Conservation Sciences.
As a send off, I thought I'd make her cookie versions of the school's Mascot & Logo (Hawk Owls/Pine Tree).
As always I am including a copy of my basic "Sugar Cookie Dough" recipe.
