Galaxy Phone holder using CD slot

I recreated this from scratch, but I'm calling this a remix because all the design details were taken from the original. Thanks drcameron!

Differences:
- smaller for Galaxy phone
- CD inserts are thinner. The original didn't work in a VW GTI.
- A little beefier transition between CD inserts and phone tray

NOTE: I'm currently using a prototype of this thing. I'll post a pic when I have the real one in use.
