This is a Y belt tensioner for the FT-5 and FT-6, FolgerTech machines.
OEM system had the pulley crooked when tensioned.
You can use the same OEM parts with either tensioner.

Both types are interchangeable on either machines. 4 mm machine screw required to adjust the unit. 4 mm screw will cut its own threads.
