I want to build a gutter cleaner like this video, however the schedule 20 PVC pipe are rare in the area or at least $15(8' / 10') from a vacuum shop. Volume order(60+) can get it down to $6~7(including shipping/tax), but don't have any one locally that will be able to order this together. The Raingo 2" downsprout seems like a good alternative and it is rigid enough, also made from thin/light weight vinyl.
