2¼" tube hole plug

This plug fits the ends of a tube of 2¼" (57 mm) inner diameter.

### Raison d'être
A park bench near my house has 2¼" metal tubing in its frame, and that tubing is missing one of its hole plugs. This invited wasps to build a nest in the tube, making the bench less desirable to humans. So, after the obligatory poking of the nest with a stick, I'm readying this park to be reïnhabited by my daughter and by other humans. With the hole plugged, wasps will have to build their nests elsewhere.
