K200 K280 Effector E3D V6 mount

My Take on a clamp for the E3D V6 hotend on a standard He3D K200/K280 effector plate.

This is designed for a 1/8" thread Bowden coupler (Like this: https://e3d-online.com/threaded-bowden-coupling) mounted in the upper part.
- You could ignore this and use the inbuilt bowden coupler in the V6 heatsink, it's just less convenient when you need to release it.

I used four M3x16 hex bolts to mount, they simply screw into the lower piece and self-tap; this is plenty strong but does need a re-ti
