CR10 LCD 12864 mount for 2040 profile

This is mount for CR10 or other printer with 2040 profiles as base to adjust LCD facing direction.

I used lcd backplate as base found in the Rics_3d standalone mode : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2747280/files

You will need:
- 2pcs M5x8+
- 2pcs 2020 profile 6mm tnut
- 2pcs M4x20+
- 2pcs M4 nut

It is possible that it will also be compatible with 2020 profile, but it is not tested.

Tolerances make possible create it from PETG / ASA.
