Bee Hive Frame dowel jig

Allows vertical holes to be drilled in Beehive top bars. Set up for standard Warre hive bars, as in the photos, to allow 6mm diameter dowel ends to be used.
The jig uses 6mm nuts in top and bottom. These are drilled out with a 6mm drill prior to assembly, the nuts ensure longevity and take the wear of the drill. So far I have done 50 of these and all still straight. The groove is a little more than most bars are wide and I just held it by hand but you could attach it to a board if you like
