M3 Nut Holder for Qu-bd Two-up

Modified version of the QU-BD One/Two-Up bed leveling nut holders, created by DDeGonge888.

This version fits M3 nuts.

Some printers were delivered with M3 nuts and bolts for the bed leveling as M4s did not fit in the springs.
