I needed a place to hang my hoodie, but I couldn't just use an ELFA hook because all of my rails have shelves on them. I needed the hook to extend off to the side of one of the rails... so I made one. I call it a "Hoodie Hook" because it has not been tested for weight tolerances. I know it holds a hoodie, but I couldn't say it would hold a heavy coat. YMMV
