A cover for the psu that comes with the popular Chinese 500 Watt spindle (and probably the 400 watt).
These PSUs are apparently not always the same, this is made for the approx. 110 mm wide and 50 mm high version*.
The cover consists of two parts, making the PSU easily accessible.
There are "predrilled" holes for cabling on 4 sides of it. Choose the holes you want to use and cut them out, the walls there are only 0.8 mm thick.
You have to glue or screw part A to the PSU. Part B can be sc
