I've been focusing on the aerodynamics and weight of my truck lately because of highway driving. This is a design closely related to the airtab seen on many trucks that might save up to 4% mpg on you next drive over 40mph. It's a pretty straight forward design. Most likely adhere this with 3M double sided tape or anything that will stick real well to poly/urethane.
