This is the case for https://hackaday.io/project/166766-Симон .

It comes in 5 pieces: The top, back, battery door/lid, button and speaker shelf.

The speaker shelf attaches to the back of the speaker and is held against the board with #4 1/4" trumpet head self-tapping screws through the back of the battery holder. Make sure you orient the shelf so that the speaker wires hit the holes on the board.

Print 4 of the buttons in clear/translucent material and the rest of the case in opaque.

Drop the 4 buttons into the holes in the top case. Place the board into place with the big hole over the matching post. Place the back over the back of the board so that the holes line up with the holes in the board. Secure the back with two #4 3/8" pan head self-tapping screws.

Insert two AA batteries into the battery holder. Insert the tab on the battery door into the side of the opening opposite the arch and flatten the lid down. Secure it with a #2 3/16" self-tapping pan-head screw.
