I bought a new bag, but the long straps kept coming loose, and they needed taming!

There are plenty of cheap ones available on eBay, but why wait to have some delivered when you can make them yourself eh? These have the benefit of being printed in whatever colour you have to hand. They could even be scaled for different sized straps.

The designs are about as simple as it gets, yet surprisingly effective - they really do stop the fabric from slipping when you don't want it to.

The "closed" one is slightly stronger, but the open one has the advantage of allowing you to add it to the middle of a strap without threading an end through it, you just "pinch" it on.

I printed mine with 0.3mm layer height for speed, 4 layers top and bottom means it'll come out solid with no infill. Even so, you're looking at around 10 minutes per piece! Or, 15 minutes if you enable ironing for the super smooth finish like I did - because I forgot to turn it off from a previous print! :D
