Bl-Touch support for Anet A8 Plus printer.

Place:
  - The holder is fixed at the position of the extruder fan. It is fixed with the same screws as the fan.
  - The fan is now fixed to the bracket with two screws identical to the fan.

Bl-Touch:
- The sensor was positioned as close to the extrusion head.
- It is fixed with two screws that came in the kit, along with the springs and washers. As in the pictures.
- The adjustment is made by the screws.
