The belt holder is modified from this [E3D V6 mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2193695). I am not sure if it's compatible with the stock carrier as I no longer have them.
It needs a couple of M3 bolts and nuts, and one small zip tie for stability. Fast and easy to print.
