Highly specific so I don't expect anyone else will make one but...
The Hitec Focus 3SS FM is a single stick RC transmitter but it doesn't have loops/rings for a neck strap/lanyard. This adds a ring to the transmitter.
Useful for stroke victims that want to fly RC gliders, etc.
