Screen-used Agonizer from Star Trek Continues, Episode 3 "Fairest of Them All" (TOS Mirror, Mirror sequel). Needs A LOT of touching up (sorry). Somebody please Remix It!
UPDATE: There are now two versions. The second version "V2" has more scan data but is still pretty rough.
