J-Head groove mount simple and small

I created this part based on the mount of
"labsud" - because my old mount was so thick, it did actually cover 2 out of the 5 "flutes" on the j-head which are used for cooling the hotend.

This caused jamming when printing PLA.
Now, with this much thinner J-head mount,
I can perfectly cool the hotend with a fan blowing at all 5 flutes and got very easy and perfectly good extrusion with PLA.
