This is a (rearward facing) GoPro Session/Runcam 5 mount for a Timber X (I believe it can be used with a standard Timber and Turbo Timber as well). It's got a slot in the bottom for a strap and will hold TBS Jelloguard sized ND filters in front of the lens.

It definitely needs to be printed with supports, but I have no idea of the best orientation.
