PP3DP Up & Afinia spool holder

Redesigned spool holder for the Up and Up Plus 2 (will not fit mini). Has slots properly sized for both the Afinia premium spools and the wider bulk spools with the smaller inner diameter.

Note that this does not include the holder for the PTFE guide tube, that should be printed separately. Without the guide tube, occasional binding seems to occur.
