3D打印排气系统 3D printed exhaust system

3D打印过程中会有挥发性颗粒物产生，特别是ABS、碳纤维这类的颗粒物更具有毒性，室内工作需要考虑过滤或换气方案，因此我设计了这套排气系统，将室内的空气强排到室外，并直接把P1S的外排也借入到排气系统中，并在室外出风口设计格栅，防止有小动物进入排气管道。

主管路使用直径110mm的管道，使用大流量气流快速排出室内空气，形成负压环境，促使空气交换；

P1S排气使用直径65mm管道，通过Y形歧管并入主管道，主副管道直径大小差异给P1S产生负压环境，增加排气效率。



配件：

风机为管口110mm直径的直流风机，声音较大，也可以使用一样管口直径的交流风机改善
主管道为直径110mm的铝塑管
