3D Bindingplate for NOW Binding

Well, I wanted to take out my old Burton board for a spin, but I only have NOW bindings at the moment. NOW does not sell a mounting plate for their bindings that match the old Burton 3D hole pattern. So I created one. I have Printed this one in PETG and in ABS, and both seem solid. BUT I have not yet had a chance to test them out in extreme conditions, and extreme under max stress.
