This is the molceule of Caffeine, the active ingredient in Coffee and Tea.
It was crafted from a basic .mol representation downloaded from the amazing https://molview.org/
Printing should definitely be done with supports - Rotating the molecule within your slicer (e.g. Cura) and selecting "concentric" as the support mode creates pretty stilts you can keep on it to have the molecule displayable standing upright by itself.
Infill 12% should suffice though you can go higher for extra strong bonds between the atoms.
