This 3D Print Thickness Tester is a handy tool to use when you are designing a 3D model and are trying to decide how thick a given feature should be. Not sure if 1.0mm walls will be thick enough for the strength your part needs? Use the 3D Print Thickness Tester! Not sure if 0.6mm is too rigid for your living hinge? Use the 3D Print Thickness Tester! Not sure if your magnet will work properly through 0.8mm of material? Use the 3D Print Thickness Tester! The 3D Print Thickness Tester has an overall size of 240mm by 40mm and consists of 12 connected tiles that are each 20mm wide by 40mm tall with varying heights of 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.4mm, 1.6mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, and 4.0mm. All tiles are labelled with their thickness, and the included 3MF slicer files add text to identify the type of filament used for the 3D Print Thickness Tester (PLA and PETG 3MF files provided for PrusaSlicer).
