Heyo.
This is my first design here.
So i had this problem where i download things here and they wont fit together at all... i mean like 1.5mm wont fit.
Designs seemed to be alright because other people say it fits with first print. and then i came upon Lars Andersens tolerance gauge...
You can make your own, so he said! and so i did! :)
Heres link on how he did it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mrEwHBIYmWM&ab_channel=LarsChristensen

Its kinda big and bulky and 2 circles of the same size comletely full with material...
So i made 2 circles- one within other, which saves ~50% material and made holes in smaller one to save even more.
Made bigger numbers, so that my printer can actually print them.

All in all i thought its a neat desigh and by adding my own tweaks, i hope this can help someone to see what tolerances your printer can do and wherther to tweak designs or do you have to dig up your printer to get it to work the best it can. Plus you can measure and compare if its
