This workbench corner bracket offers a practical and structural improvement over similar designs available on Maker World. While traditional 3D-printed brackets sandwich the wood between printed walls, this tends to cause long-term issues due to PLA fatigue - this design introduces a more robust approach by allowing direct wood-to-wood gluing in the center of the joint. (See image below to see what I'm talking about. The areas I'm pointing re the “problem” areas where the PLA is sandwiched between the 2x4s.) The “real ones” are made out of Metal, which work great since the metal is going to help in the support, but they fail if we make them out of plastic.
