3D Printed Flying Wing

In the construction of a remote control plane, there are many different schools of thought. In this experiment, a flying wing design was chosen because of the simplicity of the design and the efficiency of the design. It has a very low frontal area and has only two moveable flight control surfaces and one motor. The only way to really make a flying wing from a 3D printed design is to use a single wall thickness. Because of this, my design freedom is greatly limited. I have had to go through numerous iterations, factoring in the overhang, internal structure, support material, and many other factors.
