3d Printed Turbine

Heres my approach on designin a 3d printable EDF and it works!

Ive made the outlet interchangable just for testing purposes. The turbine isnt made for any specific use but if you decide to make something fun with it or if you just recreate it send me a photo over on instagram so i can see it too @thechargedone or @leoyanisx

The propeller was made out of Carbon Fiber PET for strength but prbably will still hold up if you make it out of PLA. For supports, use prusa slicer default supports for the propeller but the duct doesnt need any.
The rest is made out of ordinary PLA and hold up just fine.


If you redesign something like the propeller or the outlet, send it to me over instagram because i would test different configurations to see their performance and make a youtube video out of it.
