I designed and 3d printed a watercooled SFF PC. The reservoir is also 3d printed which allows for the extremely compact nature of the design. It was printed exclusively in PETG to withstand the heat generated by the PC components. It has been running for a week at high temperatures with no issues to the structure or performance. You will need M3 heat-set inserts to assemble most of the model. The hardware required is listed here:Brass Tapered Heat-Set Inserts for Plastic, M3 x 0.5 mm Thread Size, 3.8 mm Installed Length | McMaster-CarrOil-Resistant Buna-N O-Ring, 3 mm Wide, 61 mm ID | McMaster-CarrAlloy Steel Socket Head Screw, Zinc-Flake Coated, M4 x 0.7 mm Thread, 6 mm Long | McMaster-CarrMale-Female Threaded Hex Standoff, 18-8 Stainless Steel, 4.500 mm Hex, 6 mm Long, M3 x 0.50 mm Thread | McMaster-Carr
