3D printer is my design. Сore XY kinematics. Printer on linear guides. X-axis 8mm guides. Y-axis guides 10mm. Z-axis guides 8mm 4 pieces. Moving along the Z axis, the shafts are 8x2mm. The body is made of 20x20mm machine profile. Only 3 motors are used to move. the Z axis is driven by one motor with a transmission through a belt. All motors are removed from the print area. The body can be covered with sheet material to make a thermo chamber. Only 1 part is printed with supports. The correct position of the parts on the table is shown in the picture. One part has a support designed to be broken off after printing. For all questions, watch the assembly video.
Parts are made without gaps. It is necessary to take into account the shrinkage of plastic when printing, otherwise you will have to work with a file. Set the scale 1 to 2 percent more plastic shrinkage.
