This provides and intake and exhaust that bolts to a 120mm computer fan. It accepts a 4" carbon/HEPA filter. In theory, this should remove particulates and fumes when exhausting an enclosed 3D printer. The filter is held into the housing using any shim (cardboard, plastic, etc) inserted between the frame and the filter. I would recommend using foam tape between the fan side of the housing and filter. For better performance, you can seal the housing to the fan using caulk, RTV, glue, etc. I have included the specific filter and fan below.
