Method of manufacturing At first manufacturing starts by mixing the and loading materials into containers that will mix and provide them to the nozzle of cnc machine. There are 2 types of nozzles that are mounted in the tool tray, which can be accessed by device by itself. First one is for liquid additive material that solidifies and expands after time passes and second one for metal additive for the second nozzle there will be provided only metal powder after which it will be melted layer by layer with laser, all the piping will go through the profiles of cnc machine. Additive manufacturing has its flaws one of them is speed that's why there was made decision to use cnc instead of robotic arms, multi axes cnc will have advantage against robotic arms because of its steadiness and higher speed of manufacturing, During constructing cad model there was considered to use z axes rotational table, which will work as a lathe, it will give cnc advantage against robotic arm to move faster and steadier in lower cost. After additive manufacturing there can be done finishing, with endmill which will be changed automatically from the tool tray. When milling is finished, 3d printed part can be moved with it’s table by electric trolly that will pull part up and move it around the building.
