This is my engineering thesis. I design and build 3D printer wich fit in ender 3 frame.
Alternatively, aluminum profile tubes can be easily made by 4040, 2040 & 2020 profiles if necessary.
Needed aluminium profiles:
4040 x 290mm x 2pcs
2040 x 400mm x 2pcs
2020 x 330mm x 1pcs
Printer use MGN12H linear rails to guarantee print quality by no reconance.
5mm Aluminium Plates is manufacturing by water cutting method. DXF-file include aluminium plates 1:1 scale and are ready to cut by the thermal cutting method. I recommend the water cutting method. Drawing from aluminium plates added to locate thread and holes after cutting.
Instruction of assembly will find in 10 sheet pdf format. single sheet show subassembly phase and bil of material.
Added stl files for 3D printed parts:
Desing idea for extruder and bowden attachment is from "Design prototype test" youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJ26DD9tk6w
I used super simple belt tensioners. Design by berky9
