3D printer fume extractor kit

This is an extractor system for your 3D printer, it uses a 70x70 by 25mm fan and standard 4 inch dryer vent hose. The main component is the inline fan holder, there are also flange plates, to interface the hose to various surfaces.

I suggest using this with a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) controller to adjust the fan speed. Having the fan on full will be fine for printing PLA, but you might want to turn it down if you are trying to keep the chamber warm for other materials.

The entire kit prints without supports. The two halves of the fan housing clip together, and you need zip-ties to fix the hose to the ends. The flanges and the require M3 bolts.
