3D Printing File Set Handle

Improved (probably over-engineered) handles for these files that come with a red rubber coat that peels off sooner or later and a 3mm stem.

**Additional material required**
2x M2x12 screws
2x M2 nut

I couldn't get mine to fit snug and I don't know if the fault lies with the design or the printer. However it's stuck firmly in there and doesn't move so it's fine for me.
