NOTE: I just noticed that the picture is showing an old version of the holder - it is now “upside down” to protect the tip and become universal (no HSK mount necessary). Please stay tuned…I have to take a new picture! What is this? 3DFinder is a measurement device for hobby CNC machines. It is used to find zero in X, Y and Z position. You only need it for the setup phase of your CNC milling activity, during the milling it should be stored safely - it is not the cheapest tool and the tips break fast. This holder is design to store in somewhere in the housing of you CNC machine, which is typically made from some I- or B-profiles you can see in the picture. How? I printed this in PETG HF since this is my go-to material, but it does not really matter.
