This is a focusing system I created for my 3dpBurner 2, which means that you don't have to keep messing with the focus or using a spacer between materials or items of different height - it's not very technical however it is quick and easy. Simply focus your laser to 50-52mm (or whatever you find best!), and then mark the ruler with a line just as it comes out the top of the guide hole using black marker. Next time, you just need to drop in the ruler and adjust up or down until the line is visible, then remove the ruler.
EXTRA PARTS
I'll also include a spacer and single 3mm bolt knob as extra parts - these are for the carriage from the 1st generation 3dpBurner however. This makes it even easier to raise and lower the laser.
