This is a customized version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4605354
After using the original design for a few days I noticed the tip of the needle was a bit too low and may touch the print (at some spots where the plastic made blobs) which caused the needle to bend a little. This version is a redesign of the original one but the support is 1.85mm higher to prevent this issue.
The fillets are slighty bigger for a better mechanical support.
This design is now compatible with the 3DTouch cover https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4634422
To mount it, you will need 2x M3x6 screws and 2x M3x8 screws.
The offsets are X=-42 and Y=-5 (may need to be adjusted according to your print / mounting).
My Z offset is approximately -1.55mm.
