I ( and some of the nurses I work with) have found that wearing the respirator with a face shield will sometimes cause fogging. We needed a solution to redirect the exhaust from the mask downwards and away from our field of view.
I remixed the surgical mask filter for the exhalation valve to allow the air to be vented downwards.
I'm new to 3D Design and only got into it as a result of needing to print PPE for myself and my coworkers. If anyone has any improvements feel free to remix as needed.
Update - I didnt realize the shell was as thin as it was. when I printed it, I was able to see through some spots and structural integrity was terrible. I was able to thicken the roof. I also added a square version (V1) for ease of printing.
